Archaeology Coauthors Win Regional Poster Prize

Archaeology student scholars win the Council for Minnesota Archaeology Undergraduate Poster Prize for their poster presentation on the importance of community collaboration. Their poster, titled “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: The Importance of Collaboration Between Archaeologists and Indigenous Communities,” details collaborative and volunteer work completed at the request of the Tribal Historic Preservation Office of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.

Planetarium Sells out Romance Shows

Art Education students attend National Conference

The Art Education Student Organization applied for and received over $8,000 to cover travel and registration costs to attend the National Art Education Association annual convention held in Minneapolis, April 4th-6th. Twenty-eight undergraduate students were able to attend the conference, the world’s largest professional development opportunity for art teachers featuring over 600 sessions.
