If the Dress Fits
If the Dress Fits is bringing their dresses on the road and coming to Moorhead!
When: Saturday, Feb. 23 and Sunday, Feb. 24 from 12-3 p.m. both days
Where: The Wellness Center on Minnesota State University Moorhead’s campus
Who: If the Dress Fits is a Minnesota nonprofit that gives away free prom dresses to teens who can’t afford one. Although no proof of finical struggled is needed, we ask that only those who otherwise couldn’t afford a prom dress attend.
How: At the event, If the Dress Fits, will set up racks of free prom dresses. Each high school teen may try on two dresses at a time and we ask that there’s no holding of dresses. Once the teen finds a dress they love and fits they are able to take it home for free!
Things to know:
1. All dresses at the event are free!
2. We ask to see a student IDs to verify the teen is in high school.
3. Only one dress per teen.
4. The teen who the dress is for needs to be present at the event.
