Join us for a panel discussion on the myths surrounding mental health and suicide. Topics will include: signs and symptoms of someone struggling with mental health or thoughts of suicide, triggers, self-care, resources, and tips for how to support someone. Our featured panelists are students and experts from FirstLink and Hendrix Clinic & Counseling Center. Discussion will be followed by Q and A. Sponsored by MSUM Women’s Center, the Rainbow Dragon Center, and Hendrix Clinic & Counseling Center. This event is free and open to all.
