It is time for the Minnesota Paralegal Association Moorhead’s Annual Toy Drive! We will be collecting toys until December 9 around campus our boxes are located in MacLean and in the CMU! The donation will be going to Toys for Tots. The toys do not need to be expensive and anything donated will be greatly appreciated. Please no violent toys, gift cards, or clothes! Help us collect toys and give back to our community.

The School of Social Work Honor Society, the Chi Omega chapter of Phi Alpha inducted 18 students into the national honor society on Tuesday, Nov. 15.
Phi Alpha seeks to provide closer bonds among students of social work and promote humanitarian goals and ideals. Phi Alpha also fosters high standards of education for social work students. Phi Alpha advisor, Professor Janelle Miedema and Dragon SOS Treasurer, Taylor Merrill presented the awards. The Student Senate Diversity Committee will hold it’s weekly meeting at 5 p.m. in the Student Senate office (CMU 126) and will be discussing how to make our campus more inclusive. In an effort to create dialogue about the recent acts of racism and homophobia on students’ whiteboards, the committee wants to ensure the student population is aware of the committee’s meeting time. On Tuesday from 11-1 Devlyn Brooks will be at the Lutheran Campus Ministry Blue House to talk about a new Big Brother/Big Sister program being formed in Moorhead. If you are interested in volunteering as a Big Brother or Big Sister please come and find out how to get involved.
