Student leadership session Nov. 19
Join the Office of Student Activities in discovering your leadership potential! The OSA will be offering a session from the Emerging Leaders program entitled “Feedback – How to give it and how to receive it” on Thursday, November 19 at 3:30 pm in CMU 227. Nina Johnson, Housing & Residential Life Area Director, will present. This program is open to every student on campus and is free of charge. Photo Guild annual portrait fundraiser Nov. 10-12
The MSUM Photo Guild is sponsoring their annual holiday portrait fundraiser from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, Nov. 10, 11 and 12. It’s a great time to get your Christmas pictures taken! The photo studio is located at 308 King Hall on the MSUM campus. The $20 sitting fee includes images on a disc. Props are welcome. Parking is available in front of King Hall after 4:30 p.m. Questions should be addressed to Tony Anderson, Photo Guild President, anderant@mnstate.edu
Sodexo grants available to student organizations
Student organizations have the opportunity to apply for grant funding to be used for Sodexo catering services. ACS students receive honorable mention
The American Chemical Society (ACS) student chapter at MSU Moorhead has been selected to receive an Honorable Mention Award for its activities conducted during the 2008-2009 academic year. The advisers of last year’s chapter were Dr. Asoka Marasinghe and Dr. Joseph Provost.
