Women’s Studies Scholarships

The Mildred E. Treumann-Sylvia Morgan Scholarship in Women’s Studies is for women who are seeking a major or minor in Women’s Studies. $1000 for 2010-2011. The Jean Stephenson Scholarship supports an upperclass Women’s Studies student who demonstrates excellence in scholarship, character and future potential. $750 for 2010-2011. Student Leadership Scholarship deadline April 2

Student leaders at a MnSCU University are encouraged to apply for the Jared P. Stene Student Leaders Scholarship, named in memory of a student leader at Winona State University who passed away in November 2007. The $500 scholarship is open to any major at any grade level and requires a minimum 2.5 GPA. Application deadline is April 2. Click headline for application information.

Dragon Jobs update

We are in the process of re-doing the Dragon Jobs website. It seems some students have been on the ball and applied for positions that are not available but listed on the website. Council on Staff Affairs scholarships application deadline is March 5

For 26 years, the Council on Staff Affairs (CSA) (made up of MSUM classified staff members) has worked to raise scholarship money for classified staff members and their families. We have awarded 265 scholarships totaling over $95,880 since 1980. This year’s application deadline is March 5, 2010. Roberti Scholarship available to American Indian students

The Helen Roberti Charitable Trust has granted MSUM scholarship funds for American Indian students acquiring graduate and undergraduate degrees in such fields as law, medicine, education and other advanced degree vocations (All majors will be considered).
