Eight members of the MSUM Economic Society attended the Minnesota Economics Association Annual Conference at Hamline University on October 26. They left the day before in order to do the Registration at 8:30 a.m. Some of the trending topics discussed were Parental Caregiving and the Labor Market Behavior of Women, The Labor Market Effects of Immigration, and Race-Neutrality. Not to highlight, but food was covered as well as other extras. The Economic Society welcomes MSUM students from any major to join them for upcoming events.
