LCM guest speaker: Pastor Joe Larson

A special invitation to the LGBTQ community at MSUM. Lutheran Campus Ministry has a special guest speaker for worship next Wednesday, Sept. 6. Pastor Joe Larson, the first openly gay Lutheran pastor to serve in North Dakota, will be joining us to share his faith story. Pastor Joe serves St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Fargo, and lives in Moorhead with his husband Charley. Pastor Joe will talk about his journey as a gay Christian man called into the ordained ministry. There will be a time for questions and answers at the end of his talk. All are welcome. Worship on Sept. 6 is held at 7 p.m. in Room 205 of the CMU. Hope you can make it.
