Bookbinding Workshop on Friday

Friday, April 29 | 1:30-4 p.m. | King Hall 303

On Friday, April 29 from 1:30-4 p.m., Professor Kelli Sinner will a lead an open to the public Bookbinding Workshop covering two types of simple bindings.

Participants will be able to make books to take home. All materials will be provided. Demonstrations will occur at 1:30 (pamphlet stitch) and 2:30 (post and screw binding). Students, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome to drop by King Hall 303 and make a book.

This workshop is sponsored by the Dille Fund for Excellence, and is part of the “Culture of Books, Creative Collaboration and Community” grant led by Anna Arnar, in collaboration with Lauren Kinney, Allen Sheets, Patrick Vincent, and Kevin Zepper.
