Permit Price Adjustments:

  • Semester-only General permit prices will change to be the same for each semester. Fall-only permits will increase from $80 to $85 and spring-only will decrease from $90 to $85. This change will take effect in fall 2017.

Summer & Holiday Parking in General Lots:

  • All General Parking lots (lot names that begin with a G) will not be ticketed in the summer or on all University holidays and breaks (all days when there are no classes and/or offices are closed). This change took effect on May 15, 2017.
  • Reserved Lots, Meters, and Handicapped areas will continue to have ticketing enforced year round.

Overflow Parking or “Parking Down”

  • Overflow parking or “parking down” will be allowed for reserved permit holders as needed. Reserved permit holders can park in R (reserved) lots other than their home lot or in a G (general parking) lot on an as needed basis. This change took effect on May 15, 2017.
