Marketplace to replace PCS module in ISRS

Minnesota State (MNSCU) is implementing a new e-Procurement tool called Marketplace that will replace the current PCS (Purchasing Control System) module in ISRS. Business Services will begin a phased implementation of the Marketplace system in February with the goal to have all PCS users converted by the end of June.
