The documentary from Martin Grindeland’s fall semester broadcast documentary class titled Mall Walkers: Heart & Sole has been scheduled for broadcast on Prairie Public Television stations.
Last Saturday, April 23, 2016, the university’s largest, annual fundraising event for need-based, merit, academic and athletic scholarships was held and saw a record-breaking 343 in attendance. The event raised over $167,000.

AAF-ND not only provides members with professional development and networking opportunities, but has recognizes creativity and excellence among the advertising and marketing fields. MSUM student Addy Award Winners:
Merrie Sue Holtan, communication and journalism, presented five personal journey writing workshops at the Ryumonji Zen Monastery, rural Dorchester, IA. Other presenters included Luther College faculty, Decorah, IA, and Abbot Shoken Winecoff. Ryumonji means “Dragon Gate Temple” and exists to help people face the tribulations of everyday life.
