Antivirus change on MSUM faculty/staff Apple computers
Starting the week of April 29, 2024 those that have MSUM Apple computers will have the antivirus application changed. We will be moving off of ESET antivirus and going to Microsoft Defender Endpoint antivirus. This change will be automatic once your computer does a check-in with the management server. This change will be not be intrusive and doesn’t require a reboot. If you have any questions on this change, please reach out to the helpdesk by emailing support@mnstate.edu, calling them at 218.477.2603 or stopping at the Helpdesk on the first floor of the library.
