D2L Brightspace Course Shell Deletion Scheduled for Early March
All courses in D2L Brightspace are being evaluated for deletion/purging early March 2023. All courses older than 5 academic years AND that you have not accessed or copied from in the last 2 years will be deleted/purged. This includes development/sandbox courses.
What can you do so your courses aren’t deleted?
Access all courses (development courses included) you want to keep!
Export a copy of your course to a .zip file you can download and store somewhere else.
To aid you in identifying courses, we have prepended the semester identifier (E.g. Su20, Fa20, Sp21) to courses tied to ISRS that are older than Summer 2021.
