NextGen and Workday at a glance
As a reminder, NextGen is Minnesota State’s multi-year project to replace the Integrated Statewide Records System (ISRS). The NextGen project team is working to implement Workday, affecting every student, faculty and staff member. While full implementation will take about five years, human resources and finance launches are planned for July 1, 2023.
That means our colleagues in human resources and the finance office are learning about the new system and doing introductory training. The campus HR lead is Kayla Kappes and the campus finance lead is Karen Lester. You can see all of the project team members on the myMSUM NextGen webpage.
