Submit Your Proposals for Oct. 11 Faculty Development Day Afternoon Breakout Sessions

The October 11 Faculty Professional Development Day’s Theme is “Everyone on Campus is Involved in Retention.”  We are designing a morning of information and interaction around retention from national, local, campus and individual lenses.

The Faculty Development Committee is seeking 45-50-minute Breakout Session Proposals for the afternoon of October 11.  In keeping with the day’s theme, we are particularly seeking sessions that focus on retaining students; retaining students in special populations; diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; and student-centered practices in teaching.

Please fill out this form if you or your group are interested in delivering a presentation.  You will need to be available from 1 – 3 pm on October 11th. You will receive communication from the Faculty Development Committee no later than September 24 regarding whether your proposal was accepted.
