As we did last year, we are allowing student organizations and departments to schedule rooms in the Student Union for the entire academic year.
As you prepare to submit your request for space, please note that we are unsure yet as to what our capacities for each space will be and suggest planning for larger space than you may think you need.
We prefer that all requests be submitted using Virtual EMS. (https://msum.bookitadmin.minnstate.edu/) If you are experiencing difficulties with requesting space using Virtual EMS, please use the general form at https://www.tinyurl.com/msumspace/.
All requests are considered tentative until they are confirmed by the Student Union & Activities Administration Office. Event confirmations will be emailed to the student organization officer who submitted the request as well as the organization’s advisor. Please note, only student organization officers are allowed to reserve on behalf of a student organization.
