Resources for all course modalities & support
The Office of Online Learning has curated resources for all course modalities to aid faculty in their course planning and preparation for fall: Instructor Resources for Hybrid, HyFlex, Online, and Technology Enhanced Face-to-Face Courses.

As you are preparing for classes, if you are unable to answer your question via available trainings and/or Continuity of Instruction support materials, please submit a Help Desk ticket to support@mnstate.edu. The Office of Online Learning will triage incoming requests and assign them to the appropriate team member. Please expect a response within a 24-hour window, M-F, 8:00-4:30.
The Office of Online Learning is also available for consultations. Consultations are generally for 50 minutes and use a peer coaching approach to problem-solving. They are not meant to serve as a 1:1 training session. To schedule a consultation, email onlinelearning@mnstate.edu and describe the problem you are trying to solve.
