A Conversation Among Nature Artists

On Tuesday, October 8, from 3 to 4:15 p.m., the Sustainability Program Committee will present “A Conversation Among Nature Artists” in King Hall 110. The “conversationalists” will be Brad Bachmeier (Art), Sherry Short (Art), and Kevin Zepper (English). Moderated by Laura Fasick (English), this group of artists and writers will discuss the way they are inspired by, respond to, and represent the environment in their art and how art can awaken people to a new awareness of nature as well as of forces impinging on nature. If you care about art, about nature, about both, or even if you think you don’t care much about either, please come and bring your comments and questions!
