Meet an International Student

One of the most common questions that the International Student Services office is asked is, “How to do I start a conversation with a US citizen?” or “What do I say to an international student in my class?” Well, “Hi” is always a good start.
The International Student Services department would like to invite you to our Meet in International Student event in the CMU Main Lounge. International Students will be sitting in a ball pit and welcoming students to jump in and join in a conversation about anything that pops up. (There will be balls with questions on them to start the conversation.)
If you are interested in the event, we welcome you to come and take a seat with us. We will be giving away $1 off WOW dining gift cards to anyone who participates.
