MSUM to get share of statewide bonding bill

The Minnesota Legislature passed a $825 million bonding bill on May 20. The funding is not final until signed by Gov. Mark Dayton, who has until the end of next week to approve or veto the bill. Sen. Kent Eken and Rep. Paul Marquart expect Dayton to sign off on the bonding bill.

MSUM’s share of the bill includes $1.3 million to fix MacLean Hall’s leaky roof and another $628,000 for the design to renovate Weld Hall.
