A $23.1 million renovation of MSU Moorhead’s Weld Hall will move forward after the Minnesota legislature approved funding in a bonding bill.

MSUM to get share of statewide bonding bill
The Minnesota Legislature passed a $825 million bonding bill on May 20. The funding is not final until signed by Gov. Mark Dayton, who has until the end of next week to approve or veto the bill. Sen.
