Phase 2 of the web redesign effort includes migrating support service webpages to the new look. As in Phase 1, these sites are primarily for an external audience – prospective students, prospective employees, alumni and friends, etc.

Now that the HR Department site has been migrated, you might be wondering where your employee HR information is.

Just like all of the academic departments, faculty and staff may access employee links and resources by clicking “myMSUM” in the upper right corner on desktop, or in the drop-down menu on mobile devices. Or, bookmark the employee page.

HR is found under “Services” on the employee page, or you can also bookmark the internal Human Resources page.

On the HR internal page, you’ll find forms and information necessary only for employees, such as payroll information and supervisor resources:

  • Employee Home
  • Employee Self-Service
  • Time and Leave
  • FWM (Faculty Workload Management)
  • Exiting procedures
  • Performance management
  • Position evaluations

The work of the Phase 3 web project task force will soon be underway to explore options for an employee portal/intranet. The group will keep the campus informed of updates, but if you have questions in the meantime, please email webteam@mnstate.edu.
