Dragon Days of Action take place Nov. 20-21

At the end of Hunger and Homelessness Awareness week and International Education week (November 20th-21st), MSUM’s Learning Communities and partners will be hosting the Dragon Days of Action. This event will feature many different activities designed to serve our FM community, as well as teach students about both International and Local Hunger and Homelessness. These activities include: Fasting for 24 hours (unless not medically safe), sleeping in cardboard boxes overnight (optional), international and local speakers on hunger and homelessness, community service with your peers, and an Oxfam America Hunger Banquet to conclude the event. This event is sponsored by: Learning Communities, The Office of Diversity and Inclusion, International Student Services, First Year Program’s After Dark, Office of Student Activities, and Community Outreach.
