Performance evaluations must be completed by June 30

MSUM supervisors must ensure that performance evaluations on all their employees are completed by the end of FY 16, as per the review timelines in union contracts.

To simplify the process, new fillable forms can be accessed on the Human Resources website under Supervisor Resources > Performance Management. Supervisors can also find a guide with helpful hints under Supervisor Resources > Performance Management > Guide to Conducting a Successful Performance Evaluation.

Human Resources will provide reminders to both Supervisors and Employees during the course of the year.
