Rebuilidng the African Dream
The African Student Union is hosting “Rebuilding the African Dream” Dec. 6 in CMU 101 from 7 to 9 p.m. The event aims to shed light on the ways Africa is portrayed in the media and ways to rebuild the African dream without a political agenda. There are various speakers from Africa hoping to inform and provide ways to help rebuild the African lost dream. Of the said speakers is a young African student and co-founder of “New Afrique” a movement built around empowering Africans and moving Africa forward.
