WALKtober Same Idea NEW Rules

Get your WALK ON with the WALKtober challenge sponsored by the Hendrix Health Center Wellness Educators during the month of October. Walking 10,000 steps a day will burn approximately an extra 2,700 calories per week. Walking helps achieve good health and weight loss.

· All students, faculty and staff are eligible to participate.

· INDIVIDUALS who walk 10,000+ steps 4 times each week will be entered in weekly prize drawings. The individuals who met the requirements for all of the weeks will be entered in a grand prize drawing.

· Sign up at the Hendrix Health Center during the week of September 28- October 2 and receive your free pedometer and log in sheets.
