Fall semester memberships available now- MSUM employees $115/semester or $35/month. Last day of summer group exercise schedule is August 7. No classes August 8- 25. Fall group exercise schedule starts August 26. The building will be closed August 8-18 for maintenance and floor-resurfacing.

Three reasons to exercise

Exercise combats fatigue. Working out releases endorphins, which improve your strength and stamina and make you feel energetic. Increased levels of serotonin in the brain also prevent depression.
