Each week, a team from IT, Admissions and Marketing/Communications meets to review behavioral patterns by external visitors to MSUM’s website. The primary purpose is to identify strategies to improve new student recruitment efforts by understanding user experiences on the current site and identify trends that can be incorporated into web redesign decisions.
