The MSUM Mathematics Department hosted the Fall 2011 meeting of the North Central Section of the Mathematical Association of America October 28-29. Over 50 college and university faculty and students attended the meeting, which consisted primarily of presentations.
The student chapter of the ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) hosted a high school programming contest in Bridges Hall on April 2.
