Web2Print unavailable morning of June 19
Web2Print will be unavailable 7:30 a.m. to noon on Monday, June 19. IT will be installing updates to the software. Copy2Print will still be open—just the online ordering site will be down.
Server updates May 30
Information Technology will be performing updates to one of our external authentication servers. This will be done on the morning of Tuesday, May 30. There could be slight disruptions in services during the updates. If you have any questions and/or concerns, please contact us at support@mnstate.edu.
Alertus Desktop Alert
Introducing Alertus Desktop. As an additional means of receiving Dragon Alert emergency notifications, a full-screen desktop warning is being made available for all work-issued PC’s and Macs.
Printing may be unavailable Monday and Tuesday afternoon
Monday (5/15) afternoon and Tuesday (5/16) afternoon campus printing, scanning and copying may be unavailable some or most of the time while migration and software upgrades are taking place. This does not affect Print Services in Grier.
