The GLBT Rainbow Endowed Scholarship was founded in 1999 by MSU Moorhead alumni, faculty and staff. The endowment recognizes students’ affirmation of GLBT identity and/or encourages service and leadership to the GLBT community. Award amounts are $500 – $1,000. Deadline is APRIL 29TH, 2011. MSUM student Daniel Lang received a $5,000 Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship from the Institute of International Education (IIE) to participate in a study abroad program.
