Minnesota State Moorhead will honor Tammy J. Miller, former Lieutenant Governor of North Dakota and retired CEO and Board Chair of Border States, with an honorary Doctor of Business (Hon. Education doctoral student goes from “playing school” to commencement speaker

Brittany Tischmak knew since Kindergarten she wanted to be a writer and teacher. She’s now an English teacher in Inver Grove Heights, Minn. and a mentor to new teachers.
