Miller was invited back as a member of the department’s new Economics Alumni Board. Miller is a marketing analytics consultant at Pinpoint Systems in Minneapolis and is currently consulting at Sears. Hansen, Economics, participated in the Joint Annual Meeting of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA) and the Canadian Agricultural Economics Society (CAES) in Washington, D.C., August 4-6. Members of these organizations specialize in applied economics research focused on agriculture and the environment, growth and development, and rural and regional economies.
Professor Eugene A. Philipps, 81, Moorhead, Minn., died on Saturday, August 17, 2013, in Villa Maria Nursing Home, Fargo, N.D.
