Application guidelines and criteria for MinnState Employee Cultural Fellowship Cohort
The Minnesota State Office of Equity and Inclusion invites applications and supervisor nominations to participate in the Minnesota State Employee Cultural Fellowship Cohort pilot program. The program is open to all employees and aims to support and retain high attrition employee groups, help foster relationships and networks with colleagues across the system, build unity, and provide equitable opportunities for employees with shared historical cultural experiences.
