School of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership Hosting Nursing Awards Celebration on May 1

MSUM’s School of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership is hosting its annual Nursing Awards Celebration on Wednesday, May 1, at 2 p.m. in the Comstock Memorial Union (CMU) Room 205.
The celebration will include the presentation of the Outstanding Nursing Alumni Awards and the Daisy Student Nurse Awards. The Outstanding Nursing Alumni Award recognizes the exceptional contributions of graduates who have excelled as clinicians, educators, leaders, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
The Student DAISY Award will also be bestowed upon a deserving recipient who embodies qualities of compassion, excellence, and dedication in patient care. MSUM nursing scholarship recipients will also be presented awards at the celebration.
Guests may enjoy light refreshments and participate in tours of the Nursing Department following the ceremony.
“We extend a warm invitation to all to join us as we celebrate the remarkable achievements of our nursing students, both past and present,” said Nancy Stock, MSUM Associate Professor of Nursing.
Free parking will be available in the CMU Parking lot, west of the building.
