SLHS Faculty Rachel Stotts is certified as an Autism Spectrum Disorders Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).

Rachel Stotts from the Speech/Language/Hearing Sciences department was recently certified as an Autism Spectrum Disorders Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).

The certification requires the completion of 13 courses and at least 100 hours of clinical work with individuals on the autism spectrum. Mrs. Stotts currently holds an Autism Certification from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and has specialized in working with autism for 27 years. The ASDCS certification is an additional certification Mrs. Stotts obtained to ensure current best practices.
