Remembering Sister Sarah Smedman, OSB
Dr. Sarah Smedman, a former faculty member in the School of Teaching and Learning, passed away on Sunday, March 19. She served MSUM for close to 15 years, mainly teaching children’s literature courses for both undergrad and grad students. She was highly respected for her scholarship and teaching by her colleagues and students. Dr. Smedman had a remarkable passion for children’s literature.
