Building Rubrics in D2L
While Rubrics take some time to create, they can greatly reduce confusion around expectations and provide an objective way for faculty to assess work and provide feedback. This session will provide multiple examples of Rubrics and talk about some design considerations. Participants will leave with a good understanding of how Rubrics can be used and how they are experienced from both the instructor and student points of view. This will be a hands-on session where faculty will have the opportunity to create a Rubric in one of their courses.
