Pass/Fail Grading Deadline TODAY Monday May 17 at 4:30 pm
The deadline to request the Pass/Fail grading option is today, Monday May 17th at 4:30 pm. After this deadline, you can no longer request this option.
Due to the high volume of P/F requests, processing time will take around 2 to 3 weeks for our office to get your grades updated on your academic record, eServices and degree audit.
IMPORTANT:
- You must use the form on this page https://www.mnstate.edu/emergency/dragons-care/classes/pass-fail/ in order to request the P/F option. You cannot change your grading method in eServices.
- Letter grades of A-D can be changed to P. F grades will stand and not be changed.
- Graduate students are not eligible to change their letter grades to P/F due to program accreditation and/or licensing requirements.
