2020 W-2 Forms Available Now!
For employees who have consented to receive their W-2 form electronically, the 2020 form is now available in Employee Self-Service. Instructions for accessing your W-2 can be found in the attached document.
For employees who have NOT consented for electronic delivery, paper W-2 forms will be mailed no later than January 31, 2021 per the IRS guidelines. Note: If you would like to switch to electronic delivery, you can do so any time in Employee Self-Service by selecting Other Payroll and View W-2 Forms. A pop-up box will display allowing you to consent to receive the W-2 form electronically. Once you consent, you will be able to access your W-2 form immediately. If you consent prior to the time W-2s are printed by the state, a W-2 will not be mailed.
