MSUM Economics program members attend St. Cloud Winter Institute Economic Conference

Dr. Oscar Flores and eleven members (Rebecca Weir, Michael LaTour, Heriberto Diaz, Danielle Caingcoy, Charles Pentz, Alex Peterson, Bradon Schlaefer, Charles Graf, Precious Umunna, Emma Darkwa, Sarocha Promsombat) of the MSUM Economic Society attended the 58th annual Winter Institute Economic Conference on February 20-21, 2020 in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The theme this year was, “Economic Climate, Changed.” Several economists and climate change experts discussed the effects of climate change on our economy. The first day of the conference also included a panel that provided a general outlook for the economy in 2020.
