Dr. Eric Eager to give math talk, speak at Student Academic Conference

Dr. Eric Eager will be the plenary speaker at this year’s Student Academic Conference. Dr. Eager graduated in 2008 with a degree in Actuarial Science, went on to complete a Ph.D. in mathematics at the University of Nebraska, and is now a Senior Analyst for Pro Football Focus.

At the Student Academic Conference Dr. Eager will be speaking about how his time as a student at MSUM influenced his career trajectory. He will also give a talk about the math behind his work at 1 p.m. in BR 164 on Monday, April 15. All are welcome to attend.
