Mitigating discrimination in the workforce for LGBTQ+ individuals

Faye Seidler, local trans activist, will talk about the kinds of discrimination that occur in the work place for LGBTQ+ individuals and discuss tools for mitigating that discrimination. This presentation will give individuals better strategies for finding jobs, better knowledge of legal rights while working, and what to do if discrimination occurs.
