The Minnesota State University Moorhead Dragons football team would like to extend free admission to all those currently serving or who have served our country in the military by presenting their military ID at the Saturday, Nov. 11, home game against Bemidji State. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. at Scheels Field at Nemzek Stadium.

The annual game against the Beavers is already a heated rivalry featuring the long-lasting Battle Axe traveling trophy. The Dragons regained the honorary hatchet last year in Bemidji, and this year the hope to maintain possession of it in consecutive years (last done by MSUM in 2013-14). MSUM is riding a three-game win streak heading into Saturday’s game, which is their last of the 2017 season making the day Senior Day as well.

Finally, a sincere thank you to all those who serve our country in the US Armed Forces.
