Introduction to Publishing Spring 2018
Introduction to Publishing (ENGL/COMM 402) will be held on Monday nights from 4:30- 6:30 p.m. this coming spring semester. The course is required for the Publishing Certificate, and the Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis in Integrated English and Publishing. Students taking the course will be familiarized with small press publishing, and other various aspects of writing, publication, and marketing. They will also be introduced to a myriad of publishing facilities in the greater Minneapolis-St.Paul area during a daylong field trip as well as the non-profit press located on the MSUM campus, New Rivers Press.
