Spring Commencement transportation information
A reminder that Minnesota State University Moorhead will hold its Spring Commencement ceremonies on Friday, May 12 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in Nemzek Fieldhouse. The morning ceremony will include graduates from the College of Education & Human Services; the College of Science, Health & the Environment; and Graduate Studies. The afternoon ceremony will include graduates from the College of Arts, Media & Communication; the College of Business; the College of Humanities & Social Sciences; and Graduate Studies.
Transportation
Morning commencement ceremony (Ceremony begins at 10 a.m.):
Pick-up 9:15 a.m. at 2 locations:
- Lot M-3 between Owens Hall and Bridges Hall
- Lot R-6 east side of the Center for the Arts building
Afternoon commencement ceremony (Ceremony begins at 2 p.m.):
Pick-up 1:15 p.m. at 3 locations:
- Lot M-3 between Owens Hall and Bridges Hall
- Lot M-5 west side of Comstock Memorial Union
- Lot R-6 east side of the Center for the Arts building
Also, pick-up following each commencement for return rides from Lot G-7, north of the Heating Plant.
Faculty Lineup Information:
Line up for faculty will start at 9:30 a.m. for the 10 a.m. ceremony, and 1:30 p.m. for the 2 p.m. ceremony in Nemzek 100. Those faculty who plan to march must RSVP (if you have not done so already) to Jill Helm in the Registrar’s Office at Jill.Helm@mnstate.edu.
