Welcome Week Schedule
Faculty and staff are invited and encouraged to attend in the following Welcome Week events:
Tuesday, August 16
- President’s Opening Address
- 9-10 a.m. in Hansen Theatre, Roland Dille Center for the Arts Building
- All faculty and staff should attend (offices may close at supervisor’s discretion)
Wednesday, August 17
- A Respectful Campus: Understanding and Addressing Workplace Bullying Training
- 6:30-8:30 a.m.; 9:30-11:30 a.m.; 1-3 p.m. in Langseth Hall 104
- All faculty and staff should attend (offices may close at supervisor’s discretion)
Thursday, August 18
- Residence Hall Move-In Day; you’re invited to welcome and assist students and their families as they move-in
- 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; contact Heather Phillips (phillipshe@mnstate.edu) to sign up for a shift and receive your t-shirt
- Check in at the Welcome Tent, located north of West Snarr Hall
Friday, August 19
- Convocation
- 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Nemzek Hall
