Student Interest and Ability Survey

Minnesota State University Moorhead strives to provide opportunities for students to participate in athletic experiences for those who have the interest and ability. The University offers experiences in the areas of intramural programs, club sports, and varsity athletics. Participation is a privilege, and those who participate must abide by relevant rules and regulations, including those set forth by the NCAA, conference, club affiliation, and MSUM. To fully understand the athletic interests and abilities of students admitted to and enrolled at the university, the Gender Equity in Athletics Committee seeks female student input and feedback on how well the current offerings meet their interests and abilities. Ashley Atteberry, Title IX Coordinator and Chair of the Gender Equity in Athletics Committee, is launching the invitation via email for students’ participation in a survey that will help the committee evaluate, research, and plan for the future. The survey was vetted through the Institutional Review Board process. It will be electronically disseminated starting on Monday, July 20, 2015. The survey will remain open through the end of the month.
