Murphy presents research at philosophy conference
Claudia Murphy, formerly Philosophy and Women’s and Gender Studies, attended the 2015 Conference on Values in Medicine, Science and Technology at the University of Dallas, May 19-22. She presented a paper titled “Ignorance, Colonialism and the Environment—Why it Starts with Me.” Her work sparked interesting conference discussions about US colonial settler patterns and environmental ignorance.
